IRB gets summary judgment in RM1.05 bln tax suit against Jho Low

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 18 — The Penang High Court has granted the Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) application for a summary judgment to recover RM1.05 billion in tax arrears from fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho or Jho Low.
